Definitions

Terms and Conditions – all rules included in this document, defining the proper way to use the site.

Site – this WWW page, which serves commercial purposes and service provision, accessible at: https://csgo-skin.org and managed by the Administrator.

Administrator – V&X Limited, Registration Number: GICO.120506-87, Mailing Address: Registration address: Email: [email protected], Phone Number: 242356645 - organization responsible for site support and administration.

User – any person who visits the site https://csgo-skin.org to use certain services, for informational purposes, as well as for any other purposes related to the site's operation.

Item – virtual resource that is used only on the site csgo-skin.org. The Item has no real physical form.

Service – provision to the User of Items purchased by them. Items are sent through the Steam platform to the Trade URL, which must be previously provided by the User on the Site.

General Provisions

  • By deciding to use the Site, the User agrees to comply with all provisions of these Terms and declares that they accept them.
  • The payment-related services available on the Site are provided by the following companies: Zen, SimPay, and Skinify. Using their services is equivalent to accepting all Terms specified in item 3.

  • The Site is not in any way associated with Valve Corporation, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Steam, or any other trademarks of Valve Corporation.
  • The User understands that purchased Items and funds are non-refundable.
  • The service can be used by adults who have permission to use a mobile phone. Minors cannot use the service, regardless of parental or legal guardian consent.
  • The User who wishes to withdraw a specific Item must first top up their wallet with 2 US dollars using the available payment options.
  • The Service Provider and Administrator are not responsible for:
  • Use of payment-related services by persons who do not have permission to use a mobile phone and minors,
  • All possible damages and losses caused by improper use of the Service,
  • Incorrect assessment of the User's financial capabilities or inability to verify current Steam prices at the Exchanger or when withdrawing the desired Item,
  • Interruptions in service provision if caused by force majeure circumstances beyond the Service Provider/Administrator's control.
  • Actions taken by Users as a result of: lack of understanding of the service nature, inability to familiarize themselves with the current version of these Terms and/or use of the Service in a way that violates the provisions of these Terms.
  • Interruptions in customer service caused by technical problems (e.g., configuration, updates, equipment replacement, etc.), including those beyond the Service Provider/Administrator's control.
  • Possible account ban on the Steam platform.
  • When using the Services provided by the Site, each User assumes sole responsibility for violating the provisions of these Terms, including criminal and civil liability.
  • The Service reserves the right to display details of significant winnings and winners for advertising purposes without the need to obtain explicit consent from winners or obligation to provide compensation.
  • From time to time, we may present specific events (e.g., Christmas or Halloween) and/or additional services on our site, each accompanied by exclusive credits intended only for those specific events and services. These credits may be provided as a token of appreciation for your participation in our site and may be issued in various formats (e.g., currency, specific skins, and/or characters) at our own choice. Remember that these credits differ from the credits in your service wallet. The issuance of these credits does not create an additional service wallet, and we reserve the right to exclude or restrict the use of these credits without any compensation.
  • We reserve the right to change the user's promotional code at any time without notice.
  • Users may have limited access to free daily bonuses (e.g., Daily Case) if they do not meet certain activity criteria or abuse, or in any other circumstances we consider abuse or non-compliance with these Terms.
  • Using multiple accounts with the aim of abusing free daily bonuses (e.g., Daily Cases) may lead to suspension.
  • The Site User has no right to demand compensation for expenses incurred when adding funds to their account on the Site.

Price Fluctuations

  • Game skin (Items) prices in Cases and the Exchange Tool may change over time.
  • Skin prices are influenced by various factors, including market demand, rarity, and community preferences.

No Price Guarantee

  • We do not guarantee the stability or future value of any skin in Cases or the Exchanger.
  • Skin prices are determined in real-time and may change rapidly.

Product Availability

  • We strive to ensure the availability of our products, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all Items at any time. Some Items may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. In case of permanent issues with unavailable Items, we offer the option to use our Exchange Tool to replace such Items.   • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific Item. Availability may be changed without prior notice.

VII. Complaints

  • All complaints and claims arising from improper service provision must be sent to Support within seven days from the time the failure occurred.
  • Complaints and claims sent after the established deadline are not considered.
  • Complaints can be sent to Support using the contact form visible in the bottom right corner of the Site.
  • The complaint review period is seven business days from the time the complaint is received.
  • In special cases, the Site has the right to extend the complaint review period up to thirty business days after notifying the User about this need.
  • After the complaint is considered justified, the User receives a refund equivalent to the value of the order made.
  • The User cannot request any form of compensation beyond that mentioned above, meaning they have no right to material or financial compensation.
  • After the complaint is considered justified, the Administrator is not responsible for damages and losses that exceed the refund value.

VIII. Final Provisions

  • After the User enters the Steam platform on the Site, the following data is sent: Steamid, Steam avatar, and Steam nickname. Access to the Site is secure and does not involve the transfer of data such as the User's Steam login or password to the Site.
  • The Administrator has the right to verify the User's identity by requesting a copy of their ID via email.
  • The Administrator has the right to change these Terms without notifying about the reason for this fact. Changes made to these Terms take effect at the time of their publication on the Site.
  • These Terms are in effect from 18.10.2023.

Additional Terms and Conditions; End User License Agreements

When you use the services of UAB ZEN.COM (Lvivo g. 25-104, LT-09320, Vilnius, Lithuania, Company registration number 304749651, VAT ID number LT100011714916), provided by UAB ZEN.COM (hereinafter referred to as "UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider"), to make a purchase on our site, the responsibility for your purchase is first transferred to UAB ZEN.COM before being delivered to you. The UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider is responsible, with our support, for payment and customer support related to payment. The relationships between the UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider and customers using UAB ZEN.COM services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Conditions indicated on this site.

Regarding customers who make purchases through the UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider's order processing system, (i) the UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider's Privacy Policy applies to all payments and should be read before making any purchase, and (ii) the UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider's Refund Policy applies to all payments, unless the provider gives buyers explicit prior notice. Additionally, for the purchase of certain products, buyers may need to agree to one or more End User License Agreements (or "EULA"), which may include additional conditions set by the product provider, and not by Us or the UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider. You are obliged to comply with any End User License Agreement with which you agree.

We and/or the organizations selling products on our site, using UAB ZEN.COM services, are responsible for warranty, technical support, or product support of these Products. We and/or the organizations selling products on our site are responsible to users for any obligations related to order fulfillment and End User License Agreements entered into by the Customer. The UAB ZEN.COM Service Provider is responsible for facilitating your payment.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other expenses related to the purchase and delivery of your products, arising from fees charged in connection with your relationships with payment service providers, or fees and taxes charged by your local customs authorities or other regulatory bodies.
